It is supplied with a dip treated basecoat ready for you to personalise with your own choice of top coat once you've agreed a colour! It is an ideal first playhouse and especially suited where space is limited. The Playhut is also a handy second playhouse for when the grandchildren visit granny's garden! The Playhut is made in the UK with high grade FSC approved shiplap timber over sturdy 34mm framing. This playhouse complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. (Imperial dimensions are approximate; please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given) Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
