Instructions - Please Follow Carefully These ear plugs are designed to cover the external ear canal Step 1 With clean hands, roll ball between fingers for 20 seconds to soften the silicone before applying. Ensure ear plug retains ball shape. Step 2 Ensure ear is clean and dry. Reach over the head and lift top of ear upwards. Step 3 Applying minimum pressure, use your thumb to gently press silicone ball over external ear canal entrance to seal. Do Not Push Into Ear Canal To Remove: Press forward behind the ear then pull down on the ear lobe. Repeat until seal is broken, then carefully remove ear plug. If ear plug has been pushed into the ear canal seek medical advice. Do not try to remove with cotton buds or any other device that could push retained ear plug further into the ear canal causing significant discomfort and problems with removal.
