BATTERIES REQUIRED: 2x x Follow instructions for battery replacement. Never allow children to attempt to replace batteries, this should always be done by an adult. Never mix new and old batteries or batteries of different types. Always remove spent batteries. Never attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Supply terminals are not to be short circuited, Store batteries in a cool, dry place at normal room temperature. Recycle used batteries responsibly. Do not dispose of in household waste. BATTERY REPLACEMENT - BY AN ADULT ONLY: To replace batteries, refer to the following directions:

1. Unscrew the torch head, remove and locate the small screw.
2. Using a cross-head screwdriver, loosen the remove the screw.
3. Pull out the battery compartment, remove the exhausted batteries (and dispose of safely) and replace with 2 xLR41 button cell batteries.
4. Replace the battery compartment and tighten screw to reseal in place and screw the torch head back into place.
