Recommended Use Mix 1 scoop (20g) with 200-250ml of cold water. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short term, high intensive exercise when taken at dosage of at least 3g per day. Carbohydrates contributes to the recovery of normal muscle function after high intensity and/or long lasting physical exercise, when 4g of carbohydrates per kg body weight is consumed within 6 hours.
