DIRECTIONS

• FULL SERVING: Mix 4 scoops (300g) with 750-900ml water (divided between 2 small shakers).
• HALF SERVING: Mix 2 scoops (150g) with 375-450ml cold water.
• Take once daily or in divided servings.
• Use as a recovery drink post-training and/or in-between meals.
