    Ingredients (For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold):
    Gingerbread Mix (300g)    : Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Sugar, Whole Egg Powder, Ground Ginger, Raising Agent: (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate (E500(ii))
    Icing (25g): Sugar
    Decorations (6g): Sugar, Corn Starch, Maltodextrin, Colours (E160C, E163), Glazing Agent (Carnauba Wax). 
    May Contain traces of milk & soya.

    Additional ingredients required: 
    100g butter, 10ml water

    Baking guidelines:
    1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4
    2. Place the gingerbread mix into a mixing bowl and rub in the 100g butter until the mix resembles breadcrumbs.
    3. Add 10ml water to the bowl and stir together to form a smooth dough.
    4. Roll out on a lightly floured surface until 5mm thick. 
    5. Using the cutter provided cut out the gingerbread men.
    6. Place onto a lightly greased baking tray and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. 
    7. Once baked take the tray out of the oven and allow the gingerbread men to cool on the tray.

    Decorating guidelines:
    1. Open the sachet of icing and pour into a clean bowl. 
    2. Add half a teaspoon of water and stir into icing. 
    3. Decorate gingerbread men using the icing then lightly sprinkle the decorations on the icing. 

    Wash cutter before first use. Not dishwasher safe. Clean with warm soapy water.
